Our site offers service-based products as well as digital downloads. We do not offer any refunds on our services or digital products.
Once you purchase a digital product, you receive a link to download it and refunds are not possible at this time. refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Service-based products are final purchases as well and are not refundable. However, if you have booked a date for a service and are unable to be available, please contact us at email@example.com to reschedule your appointment. Please note that rescheduling may be done within a 2-month window, after which it may not be rescheduled.

We can exchange some services based on same pricing. If you need to exchange a service for another, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss what can be done. Please note, in exchanging services, there will be no refunds possible. If the service you’re exchanging for is higher in value than the one you purchased, the balance will be billed to you and will be have to be paid before the service is given.
